Today I had therapy. I have hour sessions weekly. I did not want to go today, but it seems like I am forced by the other "alters". I dislike treatment, but I won't overshare about my bad habits that make me treatment resistant.

I am stagnant in treatment because of my neglected urges and general lack of passion. I hope this website will give me an outlet, a way to be myself. Every human must have a way to express their inner workings. In my case it is harder, but I am trying.

I know some of the other "alters" will benifit from this website. Specifically Mary. She is in need of expression and understanding. I'm sure her page will be up and running soon. But at the current moment I am "fronting".
